Erich Keefe, MSW, JD, Attorney at Law
Attorney Erich Keefe, MSW, JD was admitted to practice law in California in 2003. He is a member of the bar of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central California Districts. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is a mentor attorney for the Asylum Program of the San Francisco Lawyers Committe for Civil Rights. He has represented clients before USCIS, the Asylum Office, the San Francisco Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Northern, Central, and Eastern District Courts since 2003. in matters including:
Erich Keefe holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and in Fine Art and a Masterís degree in Social Welfare from the University of California at Berkeley. As a social worker, Erich Keefe advocated for the needs of abused, neglected and abandoned children and their families. He is a 2003 graduate of the New College of California School of Law where he defended public housing tenants from unlawful eviction.
